Puneet Manocha, MD, Managing Member & Business Operations Lead
Puneet is the founder of MDAAC LLC. He has over ten years of experience in managing multidisciplinary areas in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies. He has been involved in research and development of dietary supplements for treatment of conditions like degenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases and autoimmune conditions. As a Managing Member And Business Operations lead for MDAAC LLC, he is responsible for overall management of company including daily business development, marketing & sales, study management.
Puneet completed his medical school training in India in 2010 and is a trained physician with over 5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine and rheumatology.
Sana Rizvi, MD, Study Operations Lead
Sana Rizvi, is currently working as the Study Operations Lead for MDAAC LLC. She received her medical degree from AMU in Aligarh, India and completed her one-year internship in all disciplines of medicine. She has worked on various Research projects as a Clinical Research Coordinator, and for Pharmerit International as a Research Consultant. Her research portfolio encompasses a range of diseases and conditions within nephrology, ophthalmology, cardiology, and oncology.
In 2012, Sana received a certification of excellence for working on the WHO Polio India campaign, which contributed to the eradication of polio in India. In July 2012, Sana returned to Toronto, Canada and began her observership in Family Medicine at Erin Mills Family/Walk-in Clinic. She then started working for the UHN portfolio of hospitals (University Health Network) which included Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital and Toronto Rehab) in 2013. Apart from doing an observership in the Cardiology and Intensive Care Units at UHN, she also assisted with Cardiovascular Research that was being conducted at Toronto Western Hospital in the capacity of a Research Assistant within Data Collection.
In 2014, Sana moved to Boston, MA as a Site Coordinator to conduct a study on Atrial Fibrillation for ADNAB Research. Her duties as a site coordinator included; recruitment of site and physicians, physician training for the study, site approval for study, physician and patient consultation regarding the study, patient evaluation, patient recruitment, and data collection and validation. She was also responsible for weekly follow ups directly with the study sponsors.
In 2015, Sana started working at Pharmerit International as a Research Consultant. Her main role involved conducting patient interviews for various research studies and data collection. She was also responsible for the review and verification of data, making a summary of the data collection and the analysis of the data.
At MDAAC LLC, Sana aims to work in studies related to various medical fields and to help both sponsors and physicians in improving the quality of healthcare and patient care. Her objective is to make Healthcare more efficient in the developed nations, and also extend that improvement to developing countries.
Mansi Mathur, MD, Research Consultant
Mansi holds an MD degree in Community Medicine from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi, India. She completed a dissertation entitled: Epidemiological study of common gynecological morbidities among married women in resettlement urban area in East Delhi, India. She has over 5 years of experience in conducting epidemiological studies and supervising primary health care centers.
Mansi served as an external monitor in the Pulse Polio Immunization Program held in May 2016. Mansi is a member of the Indian Association of Preventive & Social Medicine (IAPSM) and the Indian Public Health Association. Mansi has experience in Health Outcomes Research,
specifically has developed and evaluated clinical outcomes assessments to measure treatment benefit. Mansi has research experience in a wide range of therapeutic areas including Cardiology/Vascular diseases,
Immunology/Infectious diseases, Ophthalmology, Women’s Health, and Mental Health. Her key responsibilities at MDAAC International are to design study protocols for Chart Review Studies, project management and developing manuscripts, abstracts, slide decks and posters.
Hitesh Manocha, MBA, Business Development Manager and Business Operations Lead for Asia-Pacific
Hitesh holds a MBA degree in International Business and Marketing from Amity University and a BSc degree in General Science from Delhi University, India. His main responsibilities at MDAAC International include building customer relationships, strategic planning, generating sales leads and initial project coordination. Hitesh is also responsible for business operations in Asia-Pacific. Hitesh has over 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry where he was involved in Research & Development and manufacturing of phytochemical and dietary supplement products. He also has prior experience working at Oracle I-flex as a process associate in their financial division.
